I am interested in companies where the focus on product is high, such as product based SaSS companies. I want to exclusively work for startups as I enjoy the grind and the hustle in a startup environment and the learning possibilities that are limitless. A deal breaker for me would definitely be company with an engineering team of over 20 people or companies that are offering lower pay than what I expect.

I like joining small teams who have a great product and like the culture of a startup, if you are a startup looking for an extrovert engineer who is willing to put all their waking hour into learning then I will be a great fit to the team.

When I was 17, back in Nepal I had my own startup called Bookmandu which served as an ecommerce platform for book readers, it was a very strong business prospect considering there were only 2 ecommerce sites. At 17, I was leading a team of two people and was successful to operate a startup and make profit.
