In my career journey, I aim to transition into product design roles with a strong emphasis on immersive user research. My recent experiences involved extensive user research using diverse channels such as interviews, design workshops, ethnographic research, and tools like personas, user journeys, and a jobs-to-be-done template. I find joy in eliminating designer biases about users, ensuring a more human-centric product, and increasing its chances of long-term success. This process, I believe, forms the core of a product's evolution. Collaborating within cross-functional teams, negotiating with stakeholders, and adapting to evolving business needs have been integral aspects of my skill set. Paired with my hard skills in UX design, I feel well-prepared for the challenges of the next product design role.

What stands out most about this individual is their open attitude towards learning; despite having prior design experience, they were eager to unlearn and proactive in acquiring new knowledge and asking critical questions. While experience is highly valued these days, I believe it is important to have such a positive attitude towards learning to excel in a variety of work environments and on diverse projects. This aspect undoubtedly contributes a lot to their excellent teamwork.

They are open to hearing different perspectives and possess exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling them to accurately read situations and manage relationships with various stakeholders effectively. They are also very committed to developing their design career. They performed excellently across all units, undertaking projects that pushed the boundaries of design concepts through to the final design artifacts. They were among the best students in the Interface Design cohorts at our university in recent years.
